LAST BLOG OF THE TRIP !!!

Hola everyone it’s Abby and I was the leader of the day. This was my very first time taking in control towards my fellow peers. Usually, at home I show leadership since I have two younger sisters and an older sister with a disability that I of course, love and care for. I may say I have a little bit of a “homemade” experience. Anyways… today was super upsetting but chill. We had breakfast at the Imabite Comedor (as always). After our delicious pancakes that Angel kindly served us, we came back to our hostel and finished packing. After packing we had free time. During free time we had the opportunity to go out in Leon with a group of four or more people. My group — Jenny, Sam, Leslie, Daisy, Carlos, and I reunited with our fellow “child” friend, Emmanuel. We spent our free day with him again. He also showed us a different museum and was our own private, free, tour guide. After our free day we head out to Imabite and ate our last dinner with Angel :(. After dinner we head out to our last nightly meeting. It was an emotional night for all of us. So far this trip created a huge impact for me. Not only did this trip benefited the Nicaraguan community but also benefited us. It’s an honor to be the last person to post. We’re all on our way to a new journey. Good Luck to all & #BUENAHONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
