Flight info for tomorrow night (July 1)
Departing Managua on Taca Intertl. #TA0314 at 6:45 am landing in San Salvador at 7:40 am.
Departing San Salvador on Avianca Airlines flight #AV0564 leaving at 3:00 pm and arriving at SFO at 8:15 pm.
Please note that getting through customs and immigration may take our group a while and that I am the only adult traveling with them. Please park in Short Term parking in the international terminal and wait for us in the baggage claim area. We will see you around 9 pm.
Hi families,
In the Int’l terminal at SFO, students will go through immigration, get their checked bags, clear customs and THEN come into the arrivals area. There are two different doors where they can exit from about one hundred yards apart, but there are TVs to tell you which flight is coming through which door. There are also TVs to see people as they are about to come through the door.
So please wait for students in that arrival area. I recommend you get there by 8:45pm so that Ms. Yafuso does NOT have to wait for a student’s family to pick them up after a very long travel day.

Hey guys – I don’t know if you will have a chance to read / hear this before you leave Central America but we are SOOOOOOOO EXCITED to have you come home. We miss you all and can’t wait to see you. p.s., US beat Germany 2 – 0 in the World Cup Semi Finals so they are going to the FIFA Finals this weekend. Yeah!!
