My name is Grace, I’m 17, and I’m heading into my senior year of high school, and I’m so excited to travel to the DR with you guys! Last spring break I traveled to Bahia, Ecuador and stayed there for almost 2 weeks where I did a lot of work in gardens and the local communities. I’m going into my fourth year of Spanish, and I’m extremely passionate about world traveling and getting out of my comfort zone. I just wrote a comment on your JA2B DR trip. I have forgotten that you went to Bahia, Ecuador this past spring. I am so thrilled that you were in Bahia. My mother was born in that town. Marcella, a JA2B glimpser like you, and I visited Bahia 2 years ago after the big earthquake there. There were homes that were still being built when we went. Keep enjoying the DR.
