Hi! I’m Alex and I was Leader of the Day on June 30th. On the 5th day of our trip, we went hiking in a canyon! We woke up pretty early in the morning to take a bus ride to Somoto. Our tour guides then led us down a path into the canyon and we got into the water....

hola everyone! this is our second day of being in Esteli and have learn a lot! Today we went to Alfedritos (named after the son of the owner) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. eveyone loved the lunch meal because it had meat! After breakfast, we had a History Seminar...

Hi all, We arrived safe and sound in Managua. After lunch and a long bus ride we are all tucked in at the hostel in Esteli. Glimpsers did great on their first day but are worn out. Off to do bed checks. We’ll add more detail tomorrow. Susan
