Constanza here we come

Hello there, my name is Zwe (pronounced “z-way”, one syllable), soon-to-be senior at Irvington High School. Truth be told I’m a shy person around groups so I hope everyone can bear with me as I try my best to get out of my shell. I was born in Yangon, Myanmar before I came to live in California around 10 years ago and I’d like to make it clear that I’m Burmese, not Filipino as people might guess in a first meeting. My hobbies include reading, gaming, anime, and tennis in no particular order of interest. Sad to admit but I’m not too good around animals, not even little ones. This trip is going to be a first for me not only as a leadership program but also as a long time away from my parents who have always been so close by. I feel excited and nervous and scared, mostly excited, all in one and I hope to get along with everyone in the 16 days we’ll be together.
