What a day we had! We learned so much about culture; we started our day by going to the cultural center and they introduced us to the cacao bean. We sampled the BEST chocolate and thereafter we explored the area. When we came back to Jarabacoa we went shopping in the local markets and we again joyed the helado (local fruit ice cream).
Our day was completed with dance lessons, merengue, salsa, and bachata, We learned so much about the music. It was so much fun. Thank you, Ashley!
Looks like a very fun day!! Thanks for the updates 🙂
Hi, I am trying to see the pictures but they are all very unclear and cannot see them. Is there any way that I can get the pictures sent to me or another way so that I am able to see them clearly.
Hello, this is Samara the Global Glimpse Alumni intern we are working on fixing the problem now. Thank you for letting us know, and please let us know if there is a problem in the future!:)
Hello this is Samara again 🙂 At this time we are not able to send pictures directly to you because we do not have them. But, when the trip returns you are more than welcome to ask GGL leaders for photos!!
Enjoy reading the daily updates, thank you GG leaders!
Is there a way to get the pictures bigger? They’re just “thumbnails” and I can’t make out much detail.
Hello this is Samara the Global Glimpse Alumni intern we noticed the same thing and we are working on fixing it, please let us know if they are coming out clear on your end in the future 🙂
I have had much more luck seeing the photos on my phone, you can expand them….
I’m so happy to see they are having a great time. Thank you for keeping us updated ❤️. The pictures on this post are looking clear now (on my end). Would it be possible to fix the quality of the pictures on the previous posts for day 1 and 2?
Hello, thank you GG leaders for sharing the pictures. Especially the fun and happiness that I see on their faces.
Most of all exploring new adventures. I was able to see very good pictures, including of my son who I can see his passion to dancing and having fun…enjoy!! 🙂
