Courage, Commitment, and Compassion were expressed  throughout our group today. With every trial, step and obstacle we faced we were able to combat each and every one with our Global Glimpse three C’s. Although we tread through the pouring rain, dirt, trash, and pesticide fumigation they were still no match for our commitment and compassion for one another and the community of Jinotega. Most of the day, people explored the city of Jinotega one last time before we have to say goodbye in three more days. Goodbyes are never easy, but today was a day to rest, reflect and charge up for the coming days to ensure that we end off our amazing trip empowered, inspired and ready to spread change throughout the world. But, what made today the most rewarding was being able to present our Community Action Project to Professor Francisco. His warm embrace and genuine thankfulness made this project worthwhile and through his enthusiasm, he was able to restore happiness within my heart and reassure us that our contribution truly gave back to the Jinotegano Community.
