Hi all, it’s the other Global Glimpse Leader here. My name is Laura Byrnes and I teach 9th and 10th grade algebra at Noble Street College Prep. Ever since my father took me camping in the mountains of the west, I’ve made it my main goal to see and experience as many places on this Earth as I can. I have been humbled to live in and travel across Europe and Central America. When we meet, you’ll be confused and intrigued by my midwest accent, obsession with new foods, and use of the word ya’ll, each a token of the different cities I’ve lived in. Until then, pack light and I’m looking forward to exploring Ecuador with ya’ll in a few short days.
