Hello friends and family! Today, we had great experiences with the people of Granada. For the first half of the day, we worked like a local in the local market. We were split into pairs and placed in different jobs. Some were in grocery stores, others were working with mechanics. Others worked with the vendors selling fruits and vegetables on the streets. After that, we went to the Cafe de las sonrisas. This was the very first restaurant with a complete staff of deaf and mute employees in Central America. Tio Antonio, the creator of the business also added a hammock factory in the cafe. We were allowed to create some and also purchase hammocks. During the evening, we did English tutoring and closed out with the nightly meeting.
