Hello! My name is Celia Murillo, I am an upcoming Senior in Freedom High, located in the East Bay! I decided to be part of Global Glimpse because not only do I adore traveling the world, especially my Latin American neighbors to my family’s home country of Mexico, but I love teaching and helping as much as I can, no matter my situation or theirs.
I am really looking forward to teaching, working and interacting with the locals because I know I’ll have to break out of my little shell I like to enclose myself into, and break out my first language: Spanish.
I know Nicaragua is a beautiful country, just like any other in Latin America, and I am really excited to share a great experience with my group, meet new people, and put another wonderful memory into my busy head of mine. I can’t wait for this amazing experience to commence!
