Hi Glimpsers!
My name is Teri Sorensen, and I am one of your GG Leaders. I’m SO excited for this experience and to travel with all of you to Constanza, DR! We are going to have an amazing time!
I am a school counselor at American High School in Fremont. I enjoy museums, hiking, baking, and all things pumpkin (cheesecake, curry, candles, and so much more)! Additionally, travel is a great passion of mine. I love to explore and expand my knowledge, meet new people, and try all of the delicious food! I hope you’re all open to adventure- we can try new foods together! 🙂
This is my first year as a GG leader. I became a GG Leader because I believe in the transformative power of travel and couldn’t pass up an opportunity to help support our youth (all of you) on this journey. Global Glimpse is wonderful opportunity to develop as leaders and global citizens. I’m also looking forward to our Immigration Day, English Tutoring, and the Community Action Project. We are going to learn so much! 🙂

Hello Global Glimpsers! My name is Julia and I went on a gg trip last month to Ecuador:). I’m excited for all the memories you guys will create with your delegation and the people you meet in the DR! Hi Spitz. I hope you had a fun first day and a not too bumpy plane ride. I miss you and can’t wait to see you when you return? Also, hola señor ballado!! I hope you remember me-I’m the kid who would walk into your classroom everyday during lunch with Amanda, Vivi, and Ari. These two weeks will go by fast so enjoy every minute of it. Keep us posted!!
