Hey everyone! My name is Lauren Russell, and I go to Dougherty Valley High School. You’ll usually find me with my trusty hydroflask and phone in hand. I’m super involved in the leadership program at my school, and I play comp soccer. I also enjoy dancing (even though I’m not the best at it). I’m really excited to go to Granada, Nicaragua because I love meeting new people, and I also think this trip is a unique way to experience the world. I’m a little nervous about bugs, because I absolutely hate bug bites and spiders. Can’t wait to meet everyone and start this experience! 🙂
