Hello everyone!
I’m Kelly Bonnez and I teach math at Summit Prep in Redwood City, CA. I am originally from Rochester, NY. I am a huge lover of travel and learning about different cultures. What drew me most to this program was how it reminded me of the transformative experience I had when I traveled to Peru for an Alternative Spring Break program in college. I really enjoy photography and dance and my current Netflix obsession is Scandal. This summer I am traveling around the US a bit to do some work on my school’s behalf and I will also be officiating my friend’s wedding in NYC. That being said, I think the trip to Nicaragua will be the absolute highlight of the summer and I’m so excited to meet you all and begin our journey together.
