Hello all of my 7/16 GG travelers! I just wanted to introduce myself to you all. My name is Mary Downie – I will be one of your GGLs to Constanza in about a month. I am a School Counselor at Southwick Regional School. While I’ve been with GG for a few years, this is my first time traveling with GG! So, in that sense, we are all in the same boat! I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a dog mom to Rocco, the most amazing Rottie/hound mix rescue dog EVER. I’ll miss him terribly when I’m gone. LOL. I enjoy staying active – I play softball and I CrossFit. Soccer is my passion – I played through college and enjoy playing now when I get the chance. I work a second job as a banquet server/bar tender. Keeps me VERY busy on my weekends during wedding season. I enjoy all types of music from classic rock, to 90’s hip hop to Phish!! And…I love to dance to that music. LOL! My kitchen with my Alexa turned up is the best club around! I have a silly sense of humor and I’m that person who will laugh at my own jokes…because I think I’m hilarious! I’m a social creature but I also enjoy some alone time once in a while – it’s good for the soul. I love ALL things Bravo – if you know, you know. I’m super excited to travel to a new destination and practice my Spanish! (I like to think I know Spanish more than I actually do.) And I’m super excited to meet all of you. I can’t wait to get to know everyone and to share some amazing experiences! Looking forward to seeing all of you in Boston bright and early on 7/16!! Let’s make this the TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!!
