Hi, my name is Alejandro and I go to KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate. I love going outdoors, watching movies, and learning random things that pique my interest. Art has always been close to me, as I doodle on anything and everything around me. Engaging myself in my community has always been a big priority for me; my best relationships have come from NHS and volleyball.
In the summertime, I love traveling to see my family in the Dominican Republic and improving my Spanish :). Enjoying ice cream in 100-degree heat is always a go-to activity (hard pass on Mint Chocolate Chip). Experiencing the culture and the history around my country always excites me, and I know it will in Ecuador! My music taste changes from time to time; I like a good bachata, clothing, and lots of YouTube videos 🥸
The uniqueness of Ecuador has made me anticipate this trip for so long. From not being too hot or too cold; to being on another continent I’ve never been on excites me even more. The amazing mountain-top views we’ll get to see and the delicious food we’ll get to taste have made me wish the trip could come sooner. That’s a little bit about myself and I can’t wait to learn more about y’all on Monday 🙂
