Hello beautiful people!

Memo and Maggie here! We’re super excited to receive and meet everyone coming to Turrialba, Costa Rica tomorrow. This will be a great adventure!

A little bit about us.

Guillermo “Memo” Sánchez

Hi, my name is Guillermo, but you can call me Memo…it’s easier to “memo”-rize. I was born and raised in Turrialba and for 6 years, I have lived in Aquiares. I studied Eco-Tourism at the University of Costa Rica and I’ve been a guide for more than 15 years.

I really enjoy my job and I like hikes (especially with my daughter and my 5 dogs). I like all types of animals and playing video games. I can’t wait to meet you and share with you a little bit of my beautiful community and country, which is the most beautiful country in the world…

See you around soon, I hope!

Pura vida,

Memo

Margaret “Maggie” Sperger

Hola hola! My name is Maggie Sperger, I’m from Cartago, Costa Rica. My family is from the United States but I was born and raised here, in the amazing country you’re about to visit. I’m an amateur farmer, plant lady and also enjoy doing yoga. I study Organic Agriculture and have my own business in this field. We make various organic fertilizers and cultivate edible, medicinal, and ornamental plants. We also teach how to manage organic material (known as waste) and how to grow organically among many other things.

I’m a passionate environmentalist and am in love with Costa Rica’s mountains and diversity. Looking forward to meeting everyone in person and taking full advantage of this beautiful opportunity to share this meaningful trip with all of you.

Nos vemos,

Maggie

We will have the opportunity to get to know each other better during the trip. Have a great flight on your way to Costa Rica, the land of Pura Vida. We will see you soon!
