Thank you for your patience and understanding as we pulled all of our resources to support getting your students home. Thankfully, their flight was held and delayed, meaning they were actually able to make it to their original flight. Your students will still arrive tonight, just a bit later! Please plan to pick up your student(s) at Terminal 1 at 9:00pm tonight at O’Hare Airport. If you check the United Website, you’ll see that they land at 8:43pm in Terminal 2, but they’ll pick up their luggage from Terminal 1, Baggage Claim Carousel 5. You can track their flight on the United website using flight number 2676. Let me know if you have any questions.
