Hello Everyone!

My name is Natalia Ramirez. I am a sixteen year old attending Impact Academy of Arts and Technology in Hayward, Ca. I was leader of the day for the second fun day today and it was really fun. Today we woke up at 7:30 am and left our hotel at 8:30 am to go to the beach. It took us 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to Palmar de Ocoa, we had breakfast at the bus and arrived safely to the beach at 11 am. The beach was very beautiful and unique! There was a point where glimpsers could see beautiful green and blue fish under water because the water was so clear and nice. There was also a little deck many of us jumped off from and were able to land safely in the water and swim in the ocean. I described the beach as a big beautiful swimming pool. We were accompanied by 2 amazing ambassadors, Jefry and Luis, and our chef Joan to take care and have fun with us. This is our second to last day here in the DR and it has been amazing! We have learned so much about the culture, history, and development in this country and it is all so life changing. These last two days are pretty easy compared to the other days but they are also very emotional because they are the last few moments with each other. Furthermore, today was very fun and memorable for all of us here in the delegation of San Juan.
