Hello family and friends! We hope you are doing well!
Mauricio and Larry here again.
Today was a challenging but interesting day. Our group was split in two at the airport and they got their first opportunity to model the 3 C’s: courage, commitment, and compassion. The good thing is that now we have a good story to share.
Big love to our amazing GG leaders: Leona and Akim. Their leadership skills and knowledge of GG programs are inspiring. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.
Once we got to the hotel, everything ran smoothly as planned. We shared dinner (we ordered all kinds of pizzas and some sweet things to enjoy at the hotel). Then, through some activities, we could get to know a bit more about each other and the program will have the following days.
With today’s energizer, we got to learn at least one new thing that students know how to do. As you’ll see in the picture, this group has a lot of varied skills!
Right now, everybody is resting in their rooms, recharging their batteries to have full energy tomorrow.
A special mention to our Program Manager, Leydi, who you’ll see in the pictures and who was behind every step for this to work.
Starting tomorrow, Global Glimpse Leaders and Glimpsers will be sharing what they are experiencing, here. We encourage you to leave your comments below and we will share them with the students daily.
¡Abrazos gigantes! Giant hugs for you all!
