Coffee and Cheese Factory Tour

Welcome back family and friends! We’re finishing up day 4 of our trip and time is flying by! Today we went on a hike to learn and see the history of the Aquiares community and its history with the coffee plant. We also toured a coffee factory where we got to see how coffee is processed.

Then we had lunch before heading out for a tour of a local cheese farm; we saw the entire process of making cheese from start to finish!

The last thing we did today was our nightly meeting where we recapped the day and introduced our new Liders del Dia (Leaders of the Day).
