A beautiful and relaxing day for our Glimpsers. Today we focused specifically on Aid and Development in Constanza! After a fulfilling breakfast, Glimpsers had the privilege to meet Bernardo, the founder of Alegria Inocente, a non-profit organization that focuses on the values of community and projects. Then we headed over to a school that had an impact on the children who prior to the establishment had no access to education. Learning the history of this school we were then told our CAP Project would be surrounding their needs. Glimpsers were motivated to help the students create a beautiful place to learn. Finally, the students came back to the hotel to rest up for the next exciting day!
LEADERS OF THE DAY:
Lena Cung (Left): Today was very eventful because I was given the amazing opportunity to lead my loving friends and Glimpsers. I was stressed but it turned out better when we shared big love at our night meeting. I’m so thankful that I’m surrounded by kind and understanding people to help me through this leadership journey, including my co-leader Kimberlee. Everyone today helped the group as a whole and as the first student leader I hope I set a good example. Thank you everyone! (PS: Michael I miss you lots, I hope you’re doing amazing. To my family, I’m thinking of home and boba)
Kimberlee Tran (Right): It was lovely being Leader of the Day of this amazing group with Lena! I’m so happy to have this opportunity to improve on my leadership capabilities, and today was sooo fun! I wanted to give a shout-out to my parents, my sister, and my friends Calvin, Yasmin, Aeden, Dorothy, and Kelly! Missing you guys! ?

Lena and Kimberlee, I love the reflection on what it was like to be LDD (Leader of the Day). Reflecting on your experiences will be a larger part of where the learning comes from and I love the shoutouts you gave to each other, the group, and your family. Some great photos too! Wish I could have been in that energizer though…
