Greetings from Juan Dolio,
Today we had a really great day. The kids enjoyed volleyball, the pool, some intense games, and even got to show off their best dance moves! We went to San Pedro to get a better understanding of the local way of life and got to enjoy some amazing ice cream. The kids are really enjoying all of the traditional Dominican flavors and practicing their Spanish. A storm rolled in causing a blackout, but all of the kids bonded over fierce games of uno. To top off the night they finished with some bonding activities and shared all of their favorite parts of the trip.

There’s nothing like a blackout to make you realize how much we rely on electricity. The photos shared tell an exciting story and It was only day 1. Looking forward to seeing more moments.
