Day 1 – Arrival Day (No. 3)

Turrialba 1 7-12-2024

Our TA1C group of Glimpsers have just arrived!!!!!!!!!

We received our glimpses with a lot of joy (and heat) at the airport a little bit after noon. We immediately hopped on the bus and headed to a restaurant in Cartago to have a typical lunch (Casado)!!! Each glimpsed could choose their food. Rice, beans, salads… all very yummy!!!!

The group had great energy even if they all felt tired after a long way of traveling. We arrived at the base house in Aquiares after a 3-hour ride and everyone got their room assignments!

The PCs modeled our first Nightly Meeting and afterwards, we had our dinner together.

everyone is feeling comfortable and in good spirits!!!!!!!

we are very excited for tomorrow!!!!! Our first official full day in our base house!!!!!
