We finally welcomed our T3D delegation!!! Our last delegation for the summer!!! Our Glimpsers arrived with a lot of energy and enthusiasm a little past noon. We welcomed them and hopped on the bus to go straight to our base house in Santa Rosa, Turrialba. We had a box lunch during our 3-hour bus ride while we all introduced ourselves and shared fun facts to get to know each other. We stopped at a local supermarket to buy snacks, and coffee and go to the bathroom. As soon as we arrived at our base house everyone had their rooms assigned and we had some delicious dinner (arroz con siempre = rice with always) or pollo.
After dinner, we explained some rules and did a simulation of our first nightly meeting to get in tune with our first official full day in Costa Rica!
