Day 10: CAP Delivery 1

Hey everyone, we’ve had a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGG day of work! Today we finally started making our CAP project come to life. We took the safari truck to a local school called ‘Escuela Carlos Manuel Tiburcio’. When we arrived we were assigned certain tasks which included building planters with cinder blocks, creating a list of materials to paint trash cans, as well as clearing out the dump area that we are going to level out with concrete. Our hard work went on until 4:00 pm. We took a lunch break at 12:00 pm which gave us the opportunity to eat with the students. Our final goal is to have all our projects complete before our trip comes to an end.

See you soon!!!

I’m so excited to hear more about the CAP Project as you all get to work on the project, which sounds great! Thank you all! Si Se Puede! Thank you always for the updates!!
To Isaak: We all miss you and can’t to hear all about the trip. Your mom says hello and that she misses you as well!! Oh, the place where your mom gets the tosti locos from at Mission, I ordered fresas con crema and the corn with hot cheetos-it’s so good!
