Hey all, it’s Dennis and Iggy!
Today was quite fun, as you would have expected for a fun day. Today, me (Dennis) and Iggy had to wake up at 5 am, as we were in charge of taking our delegation on an adventure. We had to wake everyone up at 6:15 am to get ready for breakfast at Isabel’s, where we had French toast, boiled eggs, fruits, jelly, and tea. At 8:00 am, we stepped into the bus to head straight to Baños.
At 10:00 am, we arrived at Baños, specifically Pailón del Diablo, meaning the devil’s pot. It was a gigantic waterfall that we got to go extremely close to and many people got soaked but it was really fun. Dennis got really wet, especially on his hoodie, and couldn’t wear it the rest of the day. I (Iggy) also got wet, but I didn’t really mind that much because it was fun. Next, we got back on the bus and rode to the restaurant at 12:00 pm (lots of people were late). We arrived at the restaurant, “Leprechaun Pub,” at 12:30 pm and ate really yummy food. Dennis got fish and I got steak, which I really enjoyed! Once we all finished eating, we headed out to the markets, where we bought souvenirs for our families during the rain.
When we all were ready, we headed to a chocolate factory where we ate lots of sweets, as they gave us many many many chocolates to try out! I (Dennis) bought a good amount of chocolates to bring to my family back home, and Iggy bought a chocolate cake with a milkshake. We ended up taking a lot of time in Baños, which made our timing in our schedule very messed up. It ended up working out, as we headed back to the bus after the chocolate factory and made our way back to Riobamba. After a very long ride, we made it back and had dinner at Lina’s, a Mexican restaurant. The dinner was so good! We were able to choose what we wanted to eat. I got a beef burrito, and Iggy got a beef quesadilla. Once everyone finished, we said our goodbyes to the restaurant and our PCs. We then walked back to our hotel, where we had been escorted by 4-5 dogs who protected us from every car and bike that passed by us. We then had our nightly meeting where we passed on our leadership to the next leaders.
Parents, get ready! We are coming back home very soon. ?

Wow! This looks like so much fun!! Wasn’t it too cool to get wet? The pictures look amazing. I am so glad you’re enjoying your time there. Gianny, I work on Monday so if you call me, please call after 8pm NY time. I am off Tue and Wed so you can call me at any time those days. I so can’t wait to see you on Wednesday. The Annoying Harrison
Hi Madison,
It’s your annoying brother, Harrison. I hope you got drenched. I most likely passed my swimming test. So about me … nothing has been happening but watching a lot of tv and hanging out with mommy. I have also been taking my daily naps with daddy. I have been shredding a lot of paper which has been taking up a lot time. This week I will be hanging out with Truman on Tuesday and maybe Monday. P.S. Love the no Taylor Swift time. ??????????

Wow, now that’s a waterfall! That’s not what I expected when you said you went to one! It looks like you all had a really fun day. You’ve made memories you’ll keep with you forever. What an amazing experience. Remi – the pix of you are great! Your nail polish even matches your raincoat! Enjoy your last full day today (or, I should say I hope you enjoyed your last full day, by the time you read this). Can’t wait to see you! Something tells me in a few years you might say goodbye to NYC – you look like your happy place is in the mountains!

Y’all know how to have fun!!! That waterfall looks amazing….and cold! ? The chocolate factory sounds nice, especially since you got samples! ? I’m glad to hear the dogs protected you, kept you safe from the cars and bikes, and got you all back to hotel safely. (Madison, it was sooooo nice to not only speak to you but to “see” you too! Hopefully dinner was still good by the time you ate it, and it was still yummy. We can’t wait to see you on Wed but can understand how you feel about wanting GG to last longer. Cherish the remainder of the trip and keep making those memories. I also realized I forgot to mention that this weekend, we will see Barbie on Saturday, and we will go to “Deacon’s” after swim for BBQ. ? Love ya! TIAB!!!)

Hello Everyone! Today I got a wonderful surprise, Carina face time me. I also met Isabel and was able to thank her for all that she is doing.
