Day 4: Working like a local and Global Business Day

Hello families, today was a hard-working day. All of us had the opportunity to help pick weeds out of coffee plants on the LARGEST coffee farm in Jarabacoa. We learned the process of making coffee and separating beans. We then got to tour the coffee factory and buy coffee bags of our own to take home! Afterward, we got to run around the city, and check out cool snacks in the market. You know we couldn’t go back home without stopping and grabbing some helado (ice cream) (obviously we’re addicted). We cant wait to see what happens tomorrow in our productive busy schedule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
