Hello Family, Friends, and Pets!
Today was Free Day in Las Tablas. We started with an 8:30 am wake-up call. For breakfast, we had empanadas, eggs, and orange juice. Shortly after, we took on the town with small groups. The rain was battling us… but we won! We went to a supermarket, a few retail stores, the park, McDonalds, and a cafe. Then we came back and had lunch which was rice with corn, steak, and salad.
We then took on the town part 2, and had a kee! We went to some more stores and went into the pool for a while. By then the rain had stopped so we were stoked. We had a short meeting and dinner right after. We closed the night off with our nightly meeting and the introduction of our new LDDs! Right after dinner, the rain started pouring (really hard!) and the thunder and lightning was BOOMIN (no metro). The theme of the day was responsibility which we embodied by going on the town with our groups and engaging with locals.

Wow what a fun day! I am glad you guys didn’t let the rain stop you. I hope you found some good deals while shopping. I know you did Peyton. I’m wondering how was Mc Donald’s all the way in Las Tablas.
