Today our Glimpers were able to experience a slightly different adventure by going on a 5-kilometer hike.
We started off our day bright and early with some breakfast and a fun mental warm-up of M.A.F.I.A. We then made our way to Hacienda La Chimba, where we would start out our hike, which everyone had a lot of mixed emotions about. Some had fun and others were just waiting for it to end. After our hike we had some lunch at Restaurante La Burra and shortly after made our way back to home base.
Back at the base, we had a short 40-minute break to then have our very first CAP(community action project) seminar. We then had some downtime where some played volleyball and others took pretty pictures of the sunset shown down below!!
For dinner, we switched it up a bit and had some yummy pizza, and ended the night with our nightly meeting.
We out! passing the torch to Aiden and Randy as LDDs for tomorrow.
