Today, we learned lots of things about business here in Ecuador. We went to Cerquié at 9:30 in the morning, Cerquié is a Qinua (Quinoa) Factory that specializes in the making of Qinua Cereal. While there, we met the owner Eduardo. And his workers Andres and Diego. We saw the process of making Qinua into cereal and learned lots of interesting facts about the benefits of Qinua. Later at 10:30, we went to another factory, a shoe factory. We met Dora and Vicente, who are workers at the factory. They showed us the process of shoemaking from beginning to end. Vicente put together the whole shoe, and we asked him lots of questions about what it was like to work in that profession.
