Hello from Ms. Lum and Ms. Pomares!

Hello Glimpsers and Families, 

We are Ms. Leslie Lum and Ms. Julieta Pomares, and we will be traveling with you to San Pedro de Macoris on 7/26! We cannot wait to meet you in person and embark on this great adventure with you all! Here is a bit about ourselves:

Ms. Leslie Lum

I am a native of San Francisco. I have ten years of experience in Special Education and General Education, teaching pre-k/elementary, middle, and high school students and adults with disabilities. I am a Special Education Paraeducator at Ruth Asawa SOTA: School of The Arts High School SF. I enjoy yoga, dancing, singing, baking/cooking, and traveling!

Ms. Julieta Pomares

I am from Argentina and came to the US in 2005. I have been in education administration for 14 years and have truly enjoyed working with students of all ages. I have two fantastic teen daughters and a silly cat named Pablo. I enjoy traveling, learning about other cultures, and meeting new people. Dancing and serving at my local church are also very close to my heart.
