Hello Jarabacoa!

Hello everyone! My name is Ashen Rain Blumberg, and I go to Abraham Lincoln High School in San Francisco. The main thing to know about me is that I love cartoons; both watching and making them. Whenever I’m not animating, drawing, writing, or reading stories, you’ll often find me hamming it up at the local Theater and Improv club, which I find helps me conjure up fresh ideas in what I can do to mix performing arts exaggeration with the visual medium. Since for a long time I’ve dreamt of studying and/or working abroad someday, I’m really excited to be immersed in a non-English environment. I can’t wait to get to know the folks as well as the food, and also stay off my phone for a good amount of time, which I think will very much help me learn to be more productive long-term in order to reach my goals.
