Riobamba 7-6-2023

My name is Carina Mercedes and I usually like to add the Benz when I introduce myself, something I started doing in Middle school. I am 17 and got to Williamsburg Preparatory High School. I consider myself more on the introverted side; I’m pretty chill and like to think I am easy for people to talk to. I applied to Global Glimpse because while I have traveled before, I never got the opportunity to travel for the purpose of fully immersing in a different culture. This year I was lucky enough to travel to Colombia, so I am even more excited to be able to discover another part of South America.
