Global Glimpsers & families,

I am so excited to meet you all soon. My name is Bridgett Hernandez and I am one of your Global Glimpse leaders. This is my third trip as a Global Glimpse Leader (2022 to Dominican Republic and 2023 to Costa Rica). Additionally, I was also a Global Glimpser many moons ago to Nicaragua as an 11th grader, just like you! I remember the pre-trip jitters, the excitement to step out of my comfort zone, and all the growth I experienced and I am so honored to see you all through this once in a lifetime Global Glimpse experience.

I am a proud Bay Area native, born and raised in South San Francisco, CA and I am a High School Counselor at my alma mater. I am committed to preparing and supporting students’ academic, career/college, and social/emotional development and goals through advocating, educating, and empowering and I take pride in connecting with and embodying my diverse community. I also really enjoy reading, being a foodie, and listening to music, especially live music. On my free time you can catch me at your local book store or target! So excited to read your blog posts and continue to get to know you all better during our trip. I hope Panama is ready for TA1B!!
