Our delegation had a great day with a delicious lunch in La Salle- the hotel where we are staying in Jarabacoa. After that, we had a city tour that started in the main park in Jarabacoa, continued in the traditional market of the town, the city hall and the fire station. We learned how to us a fire truck hose! We also visited Helados Ivon which is a place with delicious homemade ice cream and a family bussines of several generations. We finished our day playing volleyball, making reflections of the delegation’s first day in Dominican Republic and getting to know each other better.
