Meet your Global Glimpse Leader: Ingrid Vega

Hello Global Glimpsers and families,

My name is Ingrid Vega and I am the second Global Glimpse Leader for our trip to Riobamba, Ecuador. I am very happy and honored to be part of this unique experience and I can’t wait to meet all of you.

A little bit about myself… Originally from France, I have been living in Holyoke, MA for the last 26 years. During those 26 years, I got married, raised a family, participated actively in the Holyoke community and became a teacher at Holyoke High School. In  the past 9 years, I have been the international travel coordinator for traveling students to Western and Eastern Europe and Central America.

Traveling is and always was a part of my life. I love discovering new cultures, seeing new sceneries, trying new food, meeting new people. I also understand that it involves stepping out of some comfort zones, taking chances and challenging yourself in different ways. But believe me, it is so worth it.

I am so proud to join you in this new adventure and create new fantastic memories/stories. So thank you for your support, your trust and let ‘s travel!
