Hey, Mélyane and Luis here! We will be your Program Coordinators for your trip in Constanza. We are more than excited to embark on that adventure with you all!

A little about Luis…

Hey! My name is Luis. I’m from Dominican Republic, born and raised. I studied Chemical Engineering, and I have a passion for mathematics. This is my third year working as a PC, but this will be my first in GG.

I’m very grateful that you all choose my home country for your delegation. I’m looking forward to show you the amazing people and experiences the Dominican Republic has to offer. Here you will get to experience the joy and challenges that the average Dominican lives every day. I’m excited to meet you all, and share an unforgettable two weeks.

A little about Mélyane…

I am from Montreal, Canada. It is my first experience as a Program Coordinator, so I will be very happy to learn from each of you and appreciate every moment.

I’ve spent 25% of the last year in this country that welcomed me with open arms. I am constantly amazed by the beauty of the culture and environment of the Dominican Republic. I enjoy dancing, reading, writing, and going on hikes. I can’t wait to see your bachata moves!

Career wise, I just graduated from the Bachelor of Social Work. I am a fervent defender of human rights and social justice. With me, you can have long and deep discussions to reinvent the world.
