MONEY MONEY MONEY!! Day 6: FREE DAYY

Hey everyone, it’s Zimry and Jody! ? Today was day six, our much-awaited free day. We started off the morning by waking up at 9:00 and going to breakfast, then lounging around the houses playing spoons, speed, Bananagrams, and UNO. After every card had been played and tile placed, we went to lunch. Our guagua (bus) came to pick us up after the meal and transported us into the town square, to the park we’d always go to, in the middle of the city! We then split into groups, and everyone headed on their way to explore the city of Constanza. The boys had their hair done at the barber, our GGLs got a blowout and a haircut, and had ice cream :o, the girls went shopping and a little empanada eating…

Coming back, after spending most of our money, we finally got to haul our laundry down the steep, steep hill ?

We also each got the chance to take a call back home at some point throughout the entire day! Dinner was great as always, and now we’re all tired and ready to rest for tomorrow!

Thinking of you alwaysss <3 Missing all of my friends right now, I hope you all saved the fun hangouts when I come back.. Thank you to Steven and Ms. Clark for everything they’ve done! I wouldn’t be on this trip without them :] BUT lastly, I miss my family soo much! Just only a week left, time is passing by so much and so quickly, see you all so soon!

From Zimry: I miss y’all and I better get a poster and maybe some chocolates or money when I land. We went to a cucumber factory, and I ate a warm cucumber and it was kinda awful, but then I ate a cold one and it was really good. I’ve also been inspired to get a motorcycle and hair net and maybe some skinny jeans. I have been playing Spoons and uno a lot.  It’s a good thing Jasper isn’t here because there is a LOT of bugs & we all know how that goes. I miss Elizabeth, Josephine, Von Bitter, Orion, and Inguulen. See you all in a week!
