Hey there everyone!
My name is Denise (she/they pronouns), and I’m so excited about our trip NEXT WEEK to Costa Rica! I currently teach at Gateway High School in San Francisco, and this will be my FIFTH trip traveling with Global Glimpse! I’m super duper excited for our trip because I’ve never been to Costa Rica before, and I’m so excited about the weather, the food (snacks, mostly), and meeting all of you!
Families and friends – please keep an eye on our trip blog (and bookmark it!) so that you can follow our journey over the next two weeks. We LOVE reading all of your comments to each of our blog posts and we will make sure that the Glimpsers get all of your love while we’re away.
Students – please keep your ears open – either I or Rosario will be reaching out to you to answer any questions you have before our trip.

So nice to meet you and THANK YOU!!! My husband and I are so grateful to you for taking care of our daughter Willa Heacock during this exciting adventure in Costa Rica. And can’t wait to thank you in person next Tuesday at 4:40 am along terminal 3 in San Francisco.
Here are some questions I hope you can answer?
We have bookmarked the blog. Is this where we connect with our daughter to see how she is doing each day?
We were waiting to purchase a suitcase since we heard that we will be getting a free one:). Do you think this will be coming to us before this trip?
