Hi fellow JA1D members! My name is Samantha Johnson, but I go by Sam. I am a rising Senior at Greenwich High School (GHS) in Connecticut.
I am very excited to be traveling with all of you! I have previously been to Spain on a trip somewhat similar to this and I loved it! I love to travel and explore other cultures. I have never been to the Dominican Republic and can’t wait to see the everyday lifestyle.
Besides traveling I also love to play percussion. I am a part of my school’s pep band, wind ensemble, and percussion ensemble. Currently I am volunteering at a camp that specializes in helping younger kids grow as musicians.
