T2C Return – Important Travel Updates

Hello Parents & Families of T2C,

We hope you are doing well, and we are sure you are eager to reconnect with your students and hear about their wonderful time in Costa Rica! Since the Glimpsers are returning today, we wanted to share an important update about their travel schedule. The delegation’s first flight out of San Jose was delayed several hours, and thankfully, our wonderful partners at United were able to rebook the group’s second flight to ensure they make their connection and can get back to Chicago tonight. With these changes, students are now scheduled to land at O’Hare around 11pm tonight. I’ve included full details below for reference, but please be advised, this means you should now plan to pick students up at Terminal 1 around 11:30pm CT, which will give them time to deboard and collect their baggage. T2C New Travel Itinerary:

• SJO -> IAH UA 1447 (2pm – 6:46pm)
• IAH -> ORD UA 1528 (8:15pm – 10:58pm)

In the meantime, Global Glimpse will continue supporting the group through the day’s changes, including providing an airport meal. The GGLs will support students with purchasing the meals, along with anything else they might need. We sincerely appreciate your patience and flexibility! As a reminder, you can always track your students flight directly on United’s website for the most up to date details. Get ready to see your student soon!
