!! The CAP Project is complete !!!

Hello everybody. We finally finished the CAP project! It took us three days.

Today we woke up at 7:15am, we loaded onto the bus, and arrived for breakfast at La Bruja. We then headed to Panama Care to add the finishing touches to our murals in less than three hours. The playroom group did the final touches to the children´s handprint butterflies, as shown in the images, The mayor of Chitré, the Education Supervisor, members of the community, the children, and other important people came to see our mural and gave some appreciation speeches. Some of the girls made bracelets for the kids and gave it to them. After our work at Panama Care was completed, we made our way back to the hotel and got some free time along with lunch and dinner. Most people decided to go to the market, except for those who were not feeling well. (Something is going around. Not to worry, the outlook is good for us.) We wrote some letters to our donors when everyone came back. As usual, we ended the day with our nightly meeting and some free time. We are all looking forward to tomorrow´s beach day.

Do not be afraid to leave a comment. We would love to hear from you! Stay tuned for the beach day blog of tomorrow.

Translated from native language of Meow: I see that there are no kitties on the mural. Good. You know how jello is I get when I think you have been patting around. The people say that Hana person will be home in a couple of days. I want to have blanket time soon. [head butt, purr]
