The Final Day!!!

Today is the day before going to the airport. We woke up and ate eggs, bread, cereal, and fruit. After breakfast, we had our final reflection where we talked about all the goals we achieved, how this experience was for us, and how we can use this in our lives after this. We also got to walk around the city one very last time we needed to get helado (ice cream). Afterward, we finally got to eat empanadas at 4 Cheese, and we got to walk around the waterfront at Juan Dulio. Later on that night, we got to eat at El Concon, where we got virgin pina coladas, delicious pizza, and soda. When we came back to Ascala, we ended the night with our last nightly meeting and then went to bed. This journey was hard for all the students on this trip, and even though the first day was long and hard for us, we are all so thankful to Global Glimpse for being able to bring us together. Even though we didn’t know each other at first, We are happy to say that we are proud of all the connections we made and how close we have gotten during this journey.
