Delegation T1A-BAY has finally made it to San José, Costa Rica!
We met our group at the airport, loaded our bus with all their luggage, and made our way to the hotel. Luckily, all the students were able to make a quick phone call to their families to check-in and let them know they were okay! We had a nice dinner together, and it was so moving to see how they are already starting to get to know each other and share their expectations of the trip. They have arrived in Costa Rica as strangers, but they will surely leave as a family ?
1st group dinner!
Tomorrow will be our first full day in Costa Rica. We’ll travel to Aquiares, Turrialba, where we’ll be based for the rest of the trip (not to brag, but our “base house” is beautiful, and you can bet we’ll make the most of it!)
It’s goodnight for now, but stay tuned for daily updates from the students themselves, as they explore and immerse in the Pura Vida lifestyle! ¡Qué emoción!
