Welcome and History Day!

First Nightly Meeting!

Today we woke up at around 9 o’clock and had breakfast in our Hotel Lobby located in Santiago.
Everyone had positive energy and motivation even though they had a long trip the night before.
We arrived at our base house in Jarabacoa around 12 pm and had a nice lunch.
We had a few seminars about welcoming, culture, and safety tips in the Dominican Republic and Orientation.
Students had some free time which they used to play some cards and get to know each other!

We ended the day with our first nightly meeting, where everyone got familiar with their roles as Leaders of the Day and their Leadership Skills to develop. We introduced their Leadership Coach as Leader of the Day for tomorrow!

Everyone was excited and looking forward to the next activities for the next couple of days!
