Hello everybody! We are Luz and Marco, your Program Coordinators from Las Tablas 2 sending you many good vibes and greetings! We are very excited about your visit to our site in Panamá this summer and wanted to introduce ourselves before your upcoming trip. We’d like to start by telling you a little bit more about us:
Hello everyone! My name is Luzania Hernandez but you can call me Luz, I am from Costa Rica, and grew up in a small town in Guápiles in Limón, called Cariari, in a big family full of many uncles, aunts, cousins, and brothers, we are very close. I continued studying English with an emphasis on tourism at the INA (National Learning Institute). This is my second year in Global Glimpse, I am very excited to share. I have been a volunteer since 2008 in very different and wonderful projects in many parts of my country and Central America. I really enjoy spending time with my family and close group of friends, we usually visit a lot of small towns and rural places. I love coffee, online games, and reading. I hope you all have a wonderful summer, and I can’t wait to see you.
Hi! My name is Marco, I come from Ecuador and I have studied law and a bit of International Relations as well. I like to learn as much as I can about other countries and cultures. I also enjoy all things related to film and photography, this last one I practice in my free time. This is also my second year with Global Glimpse, and I am very excited to share with you all the wonderful activities that the GG team has planned for the summer.
We look forward to an unforgettable summer full of learning and adventures.
