Hola Glimpsers, Leaders and Parents!
Greetings from Matagalpa, Nicaragua! We are Alex and Juliana, your Global Glimpse Program Coordinators. Soon you’ll be here in Nicaragua and we are super excited to welcome you to Matagalpa – the Pearl of the Septentrion.
On this journey together, we will explore Matagalpa and its surrounding areas for 15 days, with a focus on discovery, learning and fun. You will discover a lot about Nicaragua during your trip and through a curious and open mind, you will find that you will also learn a lot about yourselves. You will inspire and be inspired at the same time!
You were chosen to be part of this program because you are unique, you have the drive, and possess the skills to make the most out of this experience. We also sincerely admire and appreciate all of the hard work you have done to get here.
We wish you a good trip and we can’t wait to meet all of you, here in Matagalpa!

Hello, Alex and Juliana!!! This is Terri Dodge and we are so excited to meet you and embark on this wonderful experience. Both Springfield and Greenfield students along with Jean- Claude and myself (GG leaders) met for the first time tonight in preparation for the trip. Thank you so much for helping us.
