Established yearly professional development workshops, management coaching, and learning projects for staff to increased their competencies.
Implemented a process of surveying staff and students to gather data and create a comprehensive analysis of satisfaction and impact.
Established yearly priorities, goals, and strategies with 100% staff participation in setting and measuring annual goals.
