We strive to support a student community in which all feel included and are treated well before, during, and after their travel experience.

We understand that access and representation begin with our team. With this understanding, we have embarked on a continuous learning journey to build a team that reflects, respects, and understands the backgrounds and experiences of our students.

We strive to co-create a culture where all staff feel a sense of belonging. This goes beyond words or workshops and has translated into policy, process, and practice changes, redesigned through collaborative decision making practices.
Established yearly professional development workshops, management coaching, and learning projects for staff to engage in intercultural awareness and increased competencies.
Implemented a process of surveying staff and students to gather data and create a comprehensive analysis of satisfaction and impact.
Established yearly priorities, goals, and strategies with 100% staff participation in setting and measuring annual goals.
Dedicated time and resources to build strong candidate pools – including but not limited to assessment, hiring, and onboarding process adjustments.
