After a long day of travel, Panama’s first group of Glimpsers has arrived!
The group met us, their PCs, in the airport where everyone got a chance to get to know each other and discuss what they’re excited to accomplish during this trip.
From the airport, we went to Hotel Gemar in Panamá City where we will be spending the night. We wrapped up the day with a group dinner, followed by a short nightly meeting.
Already the group dynamic is super positive. This amazing group has already welcomed one another and begun to bond. We look forward to tomorrow’s History Day in which everyone will get the chance to know Panama City and Chitré.

Not sure if you are allowed to look at these yet, but I hope your flight went well and you didn’t get plane sick or buy super expensive food (We always go for deals hehe). Anyway, not sure if you’re allowed to hear about sports so I’ll update you for today:
England vs. Netherlands – England lost 1-3 (John Stones was to blame. But Jesse played for a little, so yay!)
Korea vs. France (Women’s Team) – France won 4-0
Warriors Game 4: 105 – 92 Warriors Lost and still no KD.
(I’ll try to keep you updated daily, but I’m sorry if I can’t)
Hope everything is going well and you are meeting some cool people. Remember to use a lot of bug spray and enjoy every second of this amazing opportunity. Gonna miss you when you aren’t at my graduation, but we’ll go get Homeroom and boba after you come back. Miss you a ton, and I have plenty of memes for you too once you touch down again in two weeks. Hope you ate some good food and sleep well.
